Labor tincture helps to initiate labor &/or re-start a stalled labor. Also because of its uterine stimulating properties, labor tincture may be helpful in cases of retained placenta and postpartum bleeding. Furthermore, it is beneficial in cases of incomplete miscarriage. It is strongly recommended that you DO NOT USE until the last part of pregnancy to avoid starting premature labor, and it is not recommended for use while nursing. In rare cases, the Blue Cohosh in the combination may either raise or lower blood pressure. If this uncommon effect is experienced, discontinue use.
