Posted by on 20th Dec 2013

We received the Lemon Verbena infused honey in our September CSA and I am SO glad I got an extra bottle! It is absolutely delicious! I have been eating it straight out of the jar and using it in baking and drizzled over salads and roasted veggies - absolutely yummmy! So happy to have such delicious local raw honey!

  2. Garlic Fennel Oxymel from September box works!!!!!!!!! 5 Star Review

Posted by on 27th Sep 2013

Few nights ago, I could feel a sore throat coming and it was hurting to even swallow. I opened the oxymel and took a full tablespoon of it - it is STRONG stuff but it works! Few more tablespoons the next day and I was feeling so much better!

  3. Bumps & Bruises Be Gone From July CSA 5 Star Review

I am so glad to have this in my medicine cabinet. We have used it multiple times since it arrived in our July 2013 CSA share for all members of our family, including the little guy. IT WORKS! And it works fast on sore muscles and big bruises! And it has the most gorgeous color ever - such a pretty bottle in the medicine cabinet!

  4. Amazing Chimichurri from June CSA 5 Star Review

Posted by on 29th Aug 2013

I was drooling the moment I read the description of this chimichurri made of cilantro, squash blossoms, nasturtiums, and calendula flowers - how delicious is that! It was a perfect pesto-like consistency and great for use as a marinade but also in salad dressings or mixed with olive oil as a dip for freshly baked breads - yum yum yum! The best part - the newsletter tells you exactly how to make your own!
