This 3-month series invites young people to slow down, step outside, and build a meaningful relationship with the natural world—through plants, the sea, and seasonal rhythms.

What Teens Will Explore

•Plant medicine basics using gentle, local herbs and garden plants

•Ocean medicine including seaweeds, minerals, and coastal healing traditions

•Simple gardening and plant care skills

•Ethical harvesting and respectful wildcrafting

•Hands-on medicine-making projects teens can actually use and enjoy
