This was an absolute must for those familiar or unfamiliar with the properties of herbs. I learned so much from Bridget. The gathering of like-minded individuals of varied backgrounds contributed to the collective energy. Starting off with freshly brewed tea, a different one each time, launched the day. The collaboration of the group in making our various "concoctions" made it all that much better. In addition I loved the outdoor walks to look for what is growing right I our own backyards/spaces.
I look forward to the next level in my educational journey of herbs.
Thank you to all.

I took the Beginning with Herbs class and really enjoyed it. Each class was divided into theory and practice part where we could implement what we just learned and take home the precious product that could be used either for treatment or support of our health. In addition to the main topics, each class we created and sampled an herbal tea learning the properties of the herbs it was made out of or creating the tea for a particular purpose. It was an evening class and relaxing atmosphere was highly appreciated. Love all of the Bridget classes, highly recommend!

If you are thinking of taking one of Bridget's classes... DO IT! You will not regret your decision.
My partner and I spent the weekend with Bridget and about 10 other inquisitive, compassionate, and intelligent souls for an introduction to herbal medicine. It started with a pleasant meet & greet of the participants and the herbs we would be working with. Bridget is a wealth of knowledge and I'm certain she could have spent the whole weekend just talking about any one of the 20 or so herbs we were introduced to.
As the course continued, we learned how to make different preparations of the herbs (teas, tinctures, essential oils, salves, etc). This component of the course was especially helpful for me because I am a hands-on learner! One thing to keep in mind in choosing this particular course is due to the short time available and the large variety herbs we got to know, the initial introduction to all of the herbs was more general and I was not aware of a structured approach based on organ system or herbs grouped by function, which may be a componet of a longer course that has time to cover things more in-depth.
Overall, my partner and I left with deeper understanding of some of the most fundamental herbs, their uses, and how to prepare them for particular ailments. We were extremely satisfied with this course and highly recommend it!

I attended Bridgets weekend class in March, and so glad I did! I have a passion for natural health, and this was just right up my alley! The small class size was intimate, comfortable and very informative. We were able to touch, feel, smell the herbs we were learning about, not just reading. We made several tinctures, salves, and a fabulous tea that I enjoy every evening. I look forward to furthering my education with Bridget.
