I absolutely loved the herb walk! We went on the Campbell portion of the Los Gatos Creek trail - a trail that I've walked/run on often over the years. I had no idea about the wonders that surrounded me until I walked with Bridget. She showed us many plants that could heal and how we could unlock these properties. I'll never take my walks/runs for granted again. Thank you Bridget for opening my eyes to the beauty around me - visual, tactile, and taste.

I loved the herb walks! I learned that plants that I have seen all of my life (which I thought were just weeds) are extremely beneficial for the body, mind and soul. It's is wonderful to find out that I don't have to use an artificially produced drug, which might cause uncomfortable side effects, for many common ailments. Herbs Rule!!!
