Lemon Syrup

This delicious lemon infused syrup is different from a regular simple syrup (often times used for baking or beverages) since we used fresh squeezed juice instead of plain old water to create a lovely, lemony treat. Lemon syrup is wonderful to make lemonade or simply spike your water. It’s fabulous drizzled over cakes or whatever dessert you fancy and adding a hint of sunshine.  This is a great recipe to keep on hand for cocktails, breakfast pastries, or to macerate berries.
